Make tracking numbers clickable to pull up carrier tracking info

Including a link to the carrier tracking page if I click the tracking number would save me time when trying to track shipments.

Just to add to this - if you do support this please do NOT use the stamps.com tracking page for USPS. Please send to USPS tracking directly. For some reason many online marketplaces recently switched to stamps.com (including Shopify and ShipStation) which is not user friendly.
