Allow changing item prices during order creation

  Not sure if this is a good idea. Having any user be able to adjust pricing could lead to issues. I would recommend only allowing admins the ability to do this if it moves forward, as there is already a discount option when ordering. The discount option lets me know someone adjusted it in reports and unless there is some type of notification added to the reports, without some digging, I would not know someone changed pricing on an item.
