Allow receiving by multiple users

Currently, if one user receives the first part of an order, the system doesn’t allow another user to “accept delivery” and finalize the receiving after receiving the remainder of the order. It would be helpful if the system allows any user accept delivery regardless of which user received the first part of the order.
